Leading With Heart

The shortest distance between two people is a story.
-Patti Digh

Have you ever noticed how stories have a way of connecting us to each other? It’s not just a coincidence that the first great teachers of psychology were storytellers. They knew that stories capture the complexity of being human in a way that nothing else can. As social beings, there’s something in our hearts and minds that responds to and connects with stories. That’s why narratives are so powerful. They allow us to open our hearts to each other and be human together. I’m delighted to welcome you to my blog, “Leading with Heart”. Each week, I’ll be sharing best practices in behavioral science wrapped in stories to offer you accessible and insightful bite-size wisdom. Join me each week as we explore the ways we can lead with heart and inspire positive change in ourselves and those around us.

Thank you for allowing me to share my love of stories with you.
